·       Order Processing Times: 10-20 days.

·       Taxes and Shipping Fees: Shipping and handling fees apply. Delivery issues such as delays or lost packages will be managed by DHL.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frames. However, we are not liable for any delays caused by external factors or delivery services. For any issues related to delivery, please contact DHL directly.

7. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns under the following conditions:

·       If the product is not as shown in the image or if there is a stitching mistake from our side.

·       Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.

We do not accept returns for:

·       Worn or damaged clothing.

·       Items that have been altered by the customer.
